Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In rare instances, such as extremely high sales volume or illness, processing times may be extended. If this is the case, we will notify customers of the delay as soon as possible.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all orders to the UK over £10.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to over 230 countries and territories with Royal Mail. you can find the full list of countries here: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides

We offer free Royal Mail International Tracked shipping on all orders to the USA over $85.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cuteryko is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have selected tracked shipping, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please be aware that Royal Mail International Standard shipping is NOT a tracked service and therefore does NOT include any tracking information. International standard aims to deliver within 7-10 working days, however, this is a delivery aim and it can sometimes take slightly longer, especially around busy times.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email being sent, please contact us at mail@cuteryko.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please notify us that the order hasn't arrived between 20 and 90 days after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If you do not notify us that the package hasn't arrived before 90 days has elapsed, we no longer accept responsibility for the package and can not launch an investigation into the package.
Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance provided by Captain Insure is available on all orders. Customers who have selected shipping insurance will receive swift replacement or refund in cases of damage, loss, or theft.
For customers without shipping insurance, we may attempt to launch a claim with Royal Mail which can sometimes take several weeks to be resolved.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We do not cover the cost of return shipping and customers will have to arrange this themselves. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the cost of items returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mail@cuteryko.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
