Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders aim to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

There is a 1pm cut-off on processing time. All orders placed after 1pm will not begin to be processed until the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery times displayed are Royal Mail's delivery aim in working days. Therefore, delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially when shipping internationally.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order is dispatched. Make sure to check your spam/junk mail as emails can sometimes end up here.

If you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive your tracking number, please get in contact and we can provide this to you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cuteryko is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cuteryko is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please let us know so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
